Ladies, looking for bras, panties, or linguerie? Think ordering online will be a breeze? If you’re using HerRoom.com, think again…
And, If you are planning on ordering through a site called HerRoom.com, steer clear….
Should have read the reviews:
I ordered THREE separate bras through HerRoom.com after chatting online with their customer service representative. All THREE bras came to me in the wrong size. All THREE!
Now, I can understand one being wrong but, nope, HerRoom.com somehow mistook my 42D for 36D – THREE times. Useless.
The worst part is that I called customer service to ask that shipping going back be waived; after all, these were not the bras I ordered.
I first talked to ‘Catherine’ to whom I relayed the full story.
Catherine said, ‘Hold on a moment,’ which I took to mean she’d be back with me shortly. So, I waited. And, I waited.
Finally, another woman came on the phone and only introduced herself by name. At this point, I was confused about who she was, ie, was she working with someone else and got the wrong line? What happened to Catherine?
So, I asked her why she was on the line and she finally said she was the manager of the department.
Here’s my issue with Catherine and this new ‘manager’:
#1: If ‘Catherine’ was excalating my request for free shipping, she should have said so and turned me over to the ‘manager.’
#2: Regardless, the ‘manager’ should have immediately introduced herself to me in her capacity, ie, manager!
HerRoom.com’s Human Resources department has some training to do.
So, I retell most of the story, this time to the ‘manager’ whose name I am sorry I missed as would have loved to have posted it here.
The ‘manager’ is not only rude in talking over me (loudly), she’s obviously got a chip on her shoulder and hates her job. She tries to tell me that I ordered all THREE bras in the wrong size.
‘Um, no’ says I.
I also said that I had chatted online and did they have records. She said they do keep records but they can’t read them – um, come again???
Maybe this is the famed ‘Wilma’ (supposedly their customer service rep who might as well be a chimp….) who responds, mostly condescendingly, in the reviews posted here: Herroom.com reviews.
In closing, read the reviews like I should have done and steer WAY clear of this bogus site.
And, oh, Wilma? Kindest regards….
